If the order has not shipped yet, we can USUALLY update the shipping address. However, this is not always guaranteed as the package may not be shipped but has been packaged and labeled and on it's way out. To contact us regarding your shipping address please email in to email@example.com. Please include your order number, the original address and the new updated address. Without all of that information we will be unable to update your order.
If the package has already shipped out, then unfortunately there is not much we can do. If the package has shipped out via FedEx SmartPost there is NO WAY for us to intercept it. The best option would be to contact your local post office and see if they can arrange an alternate delivery. Packages shipped out via FedEx Home Delivery, FedEx 2Day, or FedEx Overnight can sometimes be intercepted. However, this is not guaranteed. We can submit the interception but it is only done if the package is able to be retrieved before delivery. Such edit will incur a $12.50 charge, that will be charged to the customer’s payment method.
